Description

It's year 15 for the Editions|Artist's Book Fair, an event that provides publishers and dealers devoid of a physical space a means to connect with folks interested in the latest and greatest prints, multiples, and artist books. Postponed from November due to Sandy, this installment of the fair takes place at the Altman Building and features exhibitors from all over the world, including Evil Prints, International Print Center, Gallery Ernst Hiliger, and many, many more. A number of special happenings are also planned, such as a re-imagined game of Surrealist Exquisite Corpse, called Invisible Corps, devised by Brooklyn's Kayrock, an instant book-making station, and a program devoted to Dutch punk, which consists of lectures, film screenings, and a hair salon, hosted by artKitchen and Luiscius Books. Known for its vibrant energy, this is one of those annual events that has a special place on the to-do lists of art enthusiasts.
